The first Maidvero installation is a hosted request page linked from your website. You do not need to replace your website or give customers a dashboard login.

1. Receive your company links

Pedro creates your company workspace with its approved account email, alert destination and public customer-contact email. You receive a company-specific intake URL and the company-login URL. The example below is a format only, not an active company:

2. Add a website button

Ask your website editor to add a button labelled “Request a cleaning quote” and paste your actual company URL as its destination. Most website editors support an ordinary external link. Developers can adapt this example using the real URL:

You can also share the same link directly. The current installation does not include an embedded chat widget.

3. Test with the responsible person

Submit a request labelled TEST using fictional property details. Confirm that the reference appears, the responsible person can sign in and see it, another company cannot access it, and the request can be marked Contacted. Confirm an email in the intended inbox before depending on alerts.

4. Start the agreed pilot

Approve the request categories, service coverage, customer-contact process, privacy information, fees and support scope with Pedro. Your team remains responsible for responding, quoting, scheduling and fulfilling the cleaning service. Do not send existing account passwords to Pedro; the website owner can add the link directly.
