How inquiry data is used.
Maidvero is operated by Pedro. Questions and data requests can be sent to hello@maidvero.com.
Information you submit
The inquiry form collects your name, email, ZIP code, approximate property size, room counts, cleaning preferences, preferred date and any optional notes. Do not include payment details, access codes, exact street addresses or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and access
The information is saved so the selected company and Pedro, as platform operator, can review and follow up on your request. The form is not a marketing subscription. Authorized company accounts can access that company’s requests; company access is granted by the platform owner. Submission does not confirm a price or appointment.
Hosting, sign-in and email
The application uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare-backed server storage. Company sign-in is handled by ChatGPT/OpenAI; Maidvero receives authenticated account identifiers and email information and does not collect your account password. Public inquiry submissions do not require sign-in.
When email sending is configured, Resend processes an alert containing the request reference, destination address and dashboard link. The alert does not include the customer’s contact details or property notes. Email provider acceptance is not a guarantee that an alert reached an inbox.
Browser data and service operation
The site uses the information needed to submit forms and sign in to protected pages. Some display fonts are requested from Google Fonts. For basic abuse controls, the server uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier and request counter. No payment collection is implemented in Maidvero.
Retention and requests
Requests remain in the server database for company follow-up and management; there is currently no automatic expiration period. You can contact Pedro to request access, correction or deletion. Include the request reference if available. Your identity may need to be verified before details are disclosed or changed.
Interactive demonstration
The /demo page is a preview. Its completion does not save an inquiry, notify a company or confirm an appointment. Use fictional details when trying it.
This notice describes the current service. A company may have its own privacy information covering the cleaning service and communications outside Maidvero.
